Terms of service

The terms that govern use of the Flight Level Partners network.

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flight Level Partners website and network (the "Service"). Flight Level Partners is part of the ForIT family of companies. By accessing the Service, creating a profile, or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Invite-only membership

Flight Level Partners is an invite-only professional directory. Membership is granted at our discretion, and an invitation is personal to you and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at partners@flightlevelpartners.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your profile and content

As a member you may add information to your directory profile — such as roles, regions, availability, certifications, and experience. You agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and yours to share, and you keep it up to date.
  • You will not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or professional history.
  • You grant us permission to display your approved profile information in the network directory and related materials.
  • We may review, approve, decline, edit for presentation, unpublish, or remove profile content to keep the directory accurate and professional.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe, scan, or bypass its security.
  • Scrape, harvest, or reuse member information except as intended for genuine engagement enquiries.
  • Harass, defame, or harm other members, operators, or our staff.

Engagements between members and operators

Flight Level Partners introduces operators and fractional leaders and helps coordinate engagements. Any engagement, contract, or commercial arrangement is entered into directly between the operator and the leader. We are not a party to those arrangements and are not an employer, agency, or guarantor of any member, operator, or engagement. You are responsible for your own due diligence, contracts, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, logos, and the Flight Level Partners and ForIT brands, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the profile content you provide, subject to the permissions you grant us in these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing, match, or engagement will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flight Level Partners, ForIT, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to remove your profile. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms we will update the date below. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where ForIT is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
