Privacy policy

How Flight Level Partners collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: July 2026

Who we are

Flight Level Partners ("Flight Level Partners", "we", "us") is an invite-only directory that connects business-aviation and airline operators with fractional aviation leaders. Flight Level Partners is part of the ForIT family of companies, which operates this site and the systems behind it.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email partners@flightlevelpartners.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the network:

  • Contact details you give us — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone or company — when you enquire, apply, or accept an invitation.
  • Professional profile information you choose to provide as a member — roles, regions, availability, certifications, experience, and links you add to your directory profile.
  • Messages and enquiries you send through our contact and engagement forms.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and device/browser type) and privacy-respecting usage analytics that help us improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the invite-only network — verify your invitation, create and maintain your member profile, and sign you in.
  • Present approved member profiles in the leader directory so operators can discover and engage them.
  • Respond to enquiries and coordinate introductions between operators and leaders.
  • Maintain our own customer records and communicate with you about your membership or engagement.
  • Keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

When your profile becomes public

A member profile is not published automatically. Directory information you enter is reviewed and only appears in the public directory once it has been approved for publication. Until then it is visible only to you and to our staff. You can ask us to unpublish or remove your profile at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the network:

  • With operators and visitors — but only the profile information you have added and that has been approved for the public directory.
  • Within the ForIT family of companies, which provides the shared systems that power this platform.
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — for example our cloud hosting and infrastructure (Microsoft Azure).
  • Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members, our platform, and the public.

Sign-in and cookies

Members sign in using their own Microsoft or Google account through a standard authorization-code flow; we receive only your verified email address, name, and a stable account identifier from the provider — never your password. We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a member or an active contact, and afterwards only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described here or to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your member profile at any time from your account, or ask us to correct, unpublish, or delete your information by emailing partners@flightlevelpartners.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access a copy of your data or to object to certain processing; we honor these requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secrets held in a managed key vault. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
