ForIT provides fractional CTO and CIO leadership with AI-first software development for airlines and charter operators — a senior technology leader in the seat, running the roadmap, managing vendors, and shipping the software an operator’s stack is missing. The firm works natively in FAA Part 135 and Part 121 and Transport Canada CAR 704 and CAR 705 operations, including EFB, MEL, and MNPS programs.
ForIT's thesis is that AI has made building software cheap, so the durable value is in running it well inside an operation: continuous improvement rather than project billing, custom AI development where off-the-shelf doesn't fit, and vendor management where it does. Its products — Manuals, CrewRecords, and Support — are in production at airlines today, and ForIT built and operates the Flight Level Partners platform.
The company operates as ForIT LLC in the United States and ForIT Canada Inc. in Canada. It is a Microsoft ISV and Cloud Solution Provider, a Ramp accounting and advisor partner since 2024, and a member of the Canadian Business Aviation Association — where it has presented on the CBAA Innovation Stage — the National Business Aviation Association, and Business Aviation Technology Professionals.
